Q: I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make changes to my reservation. How do I do this?
A: Please contact the customer service department at the website you used to make your reservation.
Q: Is there an early check in?
A: One can be requested; however, we cannot promise that it will be full filled. That will be passed on the occupancy level of the hotel the night before.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: 24 hours prior to your arrival date.
Q: What is required in at check in?
A: Photo ID and credit card
Q: Can I pay cash for my room?
A: Yes, we still need a credit card on file, a $50 hold will be placed on the card.
Q: Do you have rollway's and cribs? Is there a charge for these items?
A: Yes, cribs are complimentary. Rollways have a onetime additional fee of $25
Q: Do you have government/military rates?
A: Yes, please have identification.
Q: Is breakfast included?
A: No, however, we do have packages that included breakfast.
Q: Do your rooms come with a fridge?
A: The only rooms with a refrigerator are: Premium Upgraded King Corner room, Double Corner, and Suites.
Q: Do your rooms come with a microwave?
A: The only rooms with a microwaveare: Premium Upgraded King Corner room, Double Corner, and Suites. However, there is a microwave located in the lobby.
Q: Do you have accessible rooms?
A: 7 rooms (mix of King and Double) and 1 Suite, ADA approved rooms.
Q: Do you have an early departure fee?
A: Yes, 1-night room and tax.
Q: Do you have a late departure fee?
A: Yes, One-night room and tax.
